If you think that in order to get fit or stay fit requires belonging to a gym with fancy equipment or attending a time consuming exercise class, think again. This is simply not true. A little space and a little time is all you need to get a good workout at work or even in the comfort of your home!

Read on for additional office exercises:

WALL SIT: Stand tall against the wall and slowly slide down keeping your back against the wall. Stop when your knees are at a 90 degree angle and directly over your ankles. Try to hold for 10 seconds and then slowly raise back up. Repeat 5 Times.

DESK SQUAT: Stand in front of your desk chair(make sure your chair doe not move) with feet hip width apart. Slowly sit back as if you were going to sit in your chair, but stop a few inches from the seat and try to hold for a few seconds. Stand back up and repeat 5 Times.

TORSO TWIST: Sit or Stand with both arms extended (straight) at shoulder level and hold an object in both hands (water bottle, your phone, stapler, etc.) . Slowly twist your torso (upper body) to one side until you feel a slight stretch and hold for a few seconds. Repeat to the other side. Do this exercise 5 Times.
